All new Renault vehicles are covered by the Renault 24 Hour Assistance Program.

What is Renault 24 Hour Roadside Assistance?

Renault 24 Hour Roadside Assistance is a service provided exclusively to new Renaults (3 Years, regardless of kms).

Here are some examples of how we can help you:

• If you lock your keys in your car, if you have a flat tyre or flat battery, or if you’ve simply run out of fuel, we’ll get you up and running again at no charge. We will even give you 5 litres of emergency fuel, free! And there are no limits to the number of times you can call us for help.
• If your Renault has a problem other than those mentioned above and is immobilised, with your permission, we will transport it to the nearest Renault repairer.
• If the problem occurs more than 100 km from home and cannot be rectified in 24 hours, we will arrange and pay for up to 2 nights accommodation. Alternatively, we will arrange and pay for transport for you and your passengers to either your intended destination or home.
• If you car is involved in an accident, we will provide you with general advice regarding any obligations you may have to the police, insurance company or finance company. Please note that in these cases your Renault Roadside Assistance Consultant is limited to telephone advice and arrangements will be at your cost.
