The 96th Tour de France commences July 4th amongst the glitz and glamour of Monaco, before moving into Spain and then the massive climbs of the Pyrenees. Then, moving clockwise around France, the race makes its way into the Italian Alps before returning to the penultimate stage, a gruelling race up Mont Ventoux.
As always, the big question is, “Who will win the Yellow Jersey?”. Will Lance Armstrong take control? And what about the Aussies? Can Cadel Evan sneak under the radar and snatch that elusive win, or will it be Canberra boy Michael Rogers?
The Tour de France is the World’s largest annual sporting event covering 3,500km over 21 days of racing and y ou can see all the action live every night on SBS. Renault Australia is proud to support the broadcaster so join us as we cheer our riders through some fantastic scenery. After all, what could be more French than Renault? Chapeaux!
