Renault’s 24/7 Roadside Assistance is a service we provide to every new Renault owner, for the life of your new vehicle warranty.  You can also choose to extend your policy beyond the new vehicle warranty.

Roadside Assistance can help in a variety of circumstances.  Here are just a few examples:

  • Keys locked in the car
  • Flat tyre or battery
  • Run out of fuel
  • Transport to nearest Renault dealership if vehicle is broken down and problem cannot be identified

If a problem occurs more than 100km from home and cannot be rectified in 24 hours, we’ll arrange and pay for 2 night’s accommodation. Alternatively we can arrange and pay to transport you and your passengers to your intended destination or home.

If involved in an accident, your Renault Roadside Assistance Consultant is limited to providing general advice and any arrangements made will be at your cost.
