*WARRANTY 

5 years and unlimited kilometres warranty on the following models (for vehicles purchased from 1st April 2011)

  • CAPTUR
  • MEGANE III Hatch (excluding GT 220)
  • MEGANE III Wagon (excluding GT 220)
  • MEGANE III Coupé-Cabriolet
  • MEGANE IV Hatch
  • CLIO (inc. GT)
  • KOLEOS I
  • KOLEOS II

5 years and unlimited kilometres warranty on the following models (purchased and delivered after 1st July 2014)

  • CLIO R.S.
  • MEGANE R.S. (including GT 220)

3 years and unlimited kilometres warranty on the following models (purchased and delivered before 30th June 2014)

  • CLIO R.S.
  • MEGANE R.S. (including GT 220)

3 years and 200,000 kilometres (whichever comes first) warranty on the following models (for vehicles purchased from 1st May 2014)

  • KANGOO
  • TRAFIC III
  • MASTER

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

New Renault owners recieve complimentary 12 months 24/7 Roadside Assistance. Further Roadside Assistance is available for another for 12 months when you service your Renault at a participating authorised Renault dealer.

 

Complimentary 12 months 24/7 Roadside Assist when you purchase a Renault vehicle (balance of 12 months for demonstrator vehicles). Further complimentary 12 month periods of Roadside Assist will be given from the date of each scheduled maintenance service at a participating authorised Renault dealer within 4 years of purchase (within 4 years from registration for demonstrator vehicles) and at that time, any existing complimentary Roadside Assist period ends. Roadside Assist coverage will continue where scheduled maintenance service is within 3 months of end of any complimentary 12 months Roadside Assist period. All complimentary Roadside Assist ceases 4 years after date of purchase (4 years after registration for demonstrator vehicles) regardless of when it commenced or how many scheduled services a customer has had within those 4 years.

 

RENAULT GENUINE PARTS

Renault warrants all genuine parts and accessories fitted by an authorised Renault dealership at the time of new vehicle purchase to be free of defects in material or workmanship for the period of the new vehicle warranty. 

If purchased after delivery of the vehicle and fitted by an authorised Renault dealership, parts and accessories are covered by a Renault’s 1 (one) year unlimited kilometres warranty, or the balance of the new vehicle warranty, whichever is greater. 

Renault Genuine Parts purchased over the counter from an authorised Renault dealership are covered by Renault’s one (1) year unlimited kilometre warranty. 

Renault will repair or replace any part on the vehicle (except those items listed in the Customer Information Booklet under the section titled “What is not covered”) which proves to be defective in materials or workmanship, free of charge, subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty. 

 

^CAPPED PRICE SERVICING

For vehicles purchased from 1st January 2018 please refer to the Capped Price Servicing information contained here www.renault.com.au/ownership/servicing/capped-price-servicing. For vehicles purchased before 1st January 2018, please contact your local dealer.  If you would like to find out more about your capped priced servicing call Customer Service on 1800 009 008 for details regarding your specific vehicle.             

NOTE: If vehicle is not presented within three (3) months of when the scheduled service is required, right to that capped-price service under the program is forfeited.  

Regardless of any changes that may be made to Renault’s Capped Price Servicing Program in the future, vehicles will continue to receive the benefit of the Capped Price Servicing prices and conditions applicable at the date that the vehicle was sold.

 

#COURTESY CARS

Contact your dealer for the details of the low cost charges for their courtesy cars. Courtesy cars subject to availability and adequate notice. The dealer may impose the following restrictions upon the customer:

  • a credit card with sufficient credit for a monetary hold amount;
  • a prohibition on drivers under 21 years of age, or additional daily fees for young renters;
  • extra deposits and other fees;
  • production of a full unrestricted valid licence; and
  • the customer signing a loan car form.

 

These Ownership Terms and Conditions are current as at today, however, you should check them for any changes before you purchase your vehicle. Any changes to these Ownership Terms and Conditions will only be applied to vehicles purchased on or after the date of the change.
