Koleos is the 10th Renault vehicle to be awarded a 5-star Euro NCAP safety rating and was voted "Best 4WD under $40,000" by Drive Car of the Year in 2008 (Diesel 4x4) as well as being a finalist in the "Best Recreational Four Wheel Drive" category in the 2008 Australia's Best Car Awards.
