Renault Australia COVID-19 Update

We're staying safe and temporarily closing dealership doors in Melbourne to help fight COVID‑19

 

Renault Australia dealerships located in metropolitan Melbourne will be closed in line with Victorian Government guidelines. We have made changes to how we operate and are still open for business for online sales. Renault service centres will remain open to provide support to permitted services or industries. Any affected customer wanting further information is recommended to contact our customer service centre on 1800 009 008.

For interstate customers:
 

  • Our warehouse remains open to supply all required parts to Dealership outside Victoria.
  • Logistics and supply chains remain permitted as an essential service, but please understand with the new restriction there may be some additional delays to our normal response times.
  • We normally provide next-day service to Dealers nationwide, however this will continue to be balanced with the health & safety of our warehouse staff, our logistics partners and all of the essentials workers who dedicate their time to keeping you on the road.

The health and safety of our customers and employees is our number one priority. We are continuing to monitor the COVID-19 situation in Australia and acting in accordance with the latest government advice and regulations to protect the Renault community.

Currently, all of our Dealerships across the country are open for business. We advise, however, that you contact your local Renault Dealership prior to visiting to make sure that all services are available and operating as standard.

We are currently experiencing higher than average call volumes, compounded by congestion nationally in the phone network.

Please rest assured that we are here to assist, but it may take longer than usual for you to reach us from your phone. We’re here to help and will assist you as promptly as we can.
