Trafic-stopper: Renault ups the ante with EOFY offers

Renault Australia is looking to help Australian businesses power through the pandemic with value-packed offers on its award-winning LCV range.

Through May, Renault dealers are offering outstanding offers on the award-winning Renault LCV range of Trafic, Master, and Kangoo.

“Australia owes a huge debt to the drivers who have carried such an enormous load helping to keep the country running during the recent crisis,” said Renault Australia Managing Director Anouk Poelmann.

“Renault would like to say thank-you with a range of unbeatable offers on every model in our award-winning LCV range.

“With the advantages of the $150K instant asset write-off, there has never been a better time to visit a Renault dealership. It only takes one test drive to realise why Renault is regarded as the expert in LCV design and manufacture.”

Renault jams Trafic with drive away pricing

A sales leader in Australia since it first launched in 2015, the Renault Trafic is now available from just $37,990 drive away for the short wheelbase manual version.

The automatic line-up now starts from just $45,490 drive away, complete with Renault’s Efficient Dual Clutch transmission (EDC).

LCV customers can take advantage of a competitive 3.9 per cent finance offer from Renault Financial Services and all Trafics sold in May will come complete with a $1,000 factory cashback bonus.

‘The Trafic has been a shining light in the Australian LCV market. This offer makes a compelling case for any customer considering updating their fleet,” said Renault Australian Managing Director Anouk Poelmann.

“Using transmission technology borrowed from our high-performance Megane Renault Sport hot-hatch, the EDC Trafic truly does deliver a new level driver engagement and satisfaction,” she added.

The 6-speed EDC is matched exclusively to a new Euro 6-compliant 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo-diesel engine producing 125kW at 3500rpm and 380Nm of torque at just 1500rpm, making it among the most powerful in the class.

The Renault Trafic Auto sips just 7.3-litres of diesel per 100 km, making it one of the most frugal in the class, while still offering payloads up to 1250kg payload. The long-wheelbase variant boasts an impressive 1630kg braked towing capacity.

The range starts with the Trafic Pro, available in both SWB and LWB, powered by the 85kW/300Nm turbo-diesel engine and 6-speed manual transmission.

Additional equipment included as standard for the updated Trafic Pro comprises a rear-view camera, automatic headlights and wipers, leather-wrapped steering wheel, front fog lights with cornering function, foldable insert key, and under-bench seat storage.

The new Trafic Premium model is available in both SWB and LWB with a choice of either the twin-turbo 103kW, 340Nm twin-turbo diesel engine (as a manual transmission) or with the new 2.0-litre 125kW 380Nm turbo-diesel engine (with the EDC transmission).

The Premium model adds the following features over the Trafic Pro: Workstation bench, bulkhead with load-through flap, Media Navigation system with 7-inch touchscreen and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone replication, barn doors, an additional sliding door on the driver’s side, engine Stop/Start system, mobile phone cradle and security deadlocking.

Sitting at the pinnacle of the Renault Trafic range, the new Crew Lifestyle adds the following features over the Trafic Premium: Body painted bumpers, side door protection, chrome grille, climate control air conditioning, 17-inch alloy wheels, heated driver’s seat, Renault Smart key card with keyless entry and engine start, and rear privacy glass.

All Trafics come with a three-year/unlimited km factory warranty, which can be extended.

Servicing intervals remain at up to 30,000km or annually (whichever comes first) with capped price servicing offered from $549 for each of the first three scheduled visits to the dealership.

“Our data shows us that the average van owner in Australia can quite easily do 30,000km in a year,” said Renault Australia Aftersales and Quality Director Matthew Wright.

“Renault Australia’s class-leading service interval is a real-world benefit for busy light commercial vehicle drivers and business operators, meaning less time off the road for maintenance.”

“The added transparency of capped price servicing also helps to provide peace of mind to business owners needing assurance on the real-world costs of their vehicle,” Wright said.

Master tax time with Renault’s cargo-carrying powerhouse

Renault Australia is satisfying the demand for customers who demand maximum carrying capacity with drive away pricing on the new Renault Master.

Starting from $44,990 for the manual SWB version, the MY20 Master brings 120 years of expertise and leadership in LCV design to Australian roads.

Customers can also access the 3.9 per cent interest rate offer from Renault Financial Services.

The latest iteration of the award-winning Master features a new exterior design, new interior with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and an optimised interior to make light work of the biggest load.

“The Renault Master is aptly-named, delivering great design and technology to all our customers. This limited offer means our cargo-carrying powerhouse is one of the best value commercial vehicles in the country,” said Poelmann.

“Adding to that value is the range of variants, with three different heights, four different lengths, and a multitude of body types including van, bus, and platform cab chassis.

“With volume ranging up to 17m3, the Renault Master is perfectly adapted to the needs of Australian professionals.”

Kangoo can do with added EOFY value

Renault is offering small businesses big value with its limited offer on the Kangoo small van range.

Drive away pricing now starts at just $26,490 for the Compact M/T, while all Kangoo buyers can access the 3.9 per cent finance offer and $500 cashback on all models.

Europe’s number one small van has been a favourite with Australian customers since it first arrived in 1997. The new MY20 version now comes standard with glazed 180 degree opening rear barn doors, a rear-view camera, automatic dusk-sensing headlights, rain-sensing windscreen wipers, and fog lights.

Two optional packs are available – Trade and Business. The Trade Pack includes an anti-slip timber floor, full height timber side protection panelling and LED ceiling lights. The Business Pack comes with 15-inch alloy wheels, automatic climate control air-conditioning, extra tinted barn door glass, and a satin chrome two-tone front bumper.

“With new drive away pricing, great finance offerings, and $500 cashback, there’s never been a better time to learn why the Kangoo has been one of Australia’s most popular small vans.”
